Calendar of Events

Greeks vs. Geeks, our biannual band contest event, has been confirmed for April 25th, from 10pm to as late as 2AM. Invite your friends, rock out to music from the local area, and vote for your favorite band to win! Top of the Stairs hosts once again, from 10pm to 2 am; we’ll be just across the street from Squires on College Ave. Admission is still just $5!

Profits go to supporting our organization, so show your support for Silhouette!

Silhouette is holding auditions for our epic battle of the bands event, Greeks VS. Geeks. Think you’ve got what it takes? Submit an application in person at 344 Squires or via email to Sarah Fitzgerald at sbhans@vt.edu. Applications for auditions are due by April 13th at 5:00 pm, and selected bands will be auditioned between April 16th and 18th. The actual event will be held on April 25th at TOTS, from 10pm to 2am. Winners get bragging rights for the semester, recognition in our next issue, and gift cards to local businesses!

Want to join the Silhouette staff? Applications for 2012-2013 can be submitted to 344 Squires. There are several positions open for next year, and all applicants will be considered.
